World Finance Council Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy
Generally, all fees and charges are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used membership periods. Except as noted here, all paid products including Premium Account subscriptions are nonrefundable after purchase and delivery.
An exception we may consider is providing a refund when we’ve updated your payment information and there are good reasons to believe that you did not intend for an update to be made.
Also, under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, Premium Account subscribers may qualify for a refund if requested during a short period of time after the beginning of the subscription. For example, citizens of the European Union are entitled to a full refund during the 14 days after the subscription begins. Please note that this 14 day period commences when the subscription service starts, which in the event of free trial promotions happens before you are first charged, and so there may be no fees paid to be refunded.
Note: All of your Premium features expire as soon as your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so make sure you use all your available facilities before your account is canceled.
Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number.
Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
These above policies apply to all World Finance Council memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.
World Finance Council Event Refund/Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation by Sponsor
The World Finance Council reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If World Finance Council cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, World Finance Council has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration Cancellation by Participant
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a refund for your registration is 60 business days before the event.
Registration cancellations received prior to the deadline may be eligible to receive a refund less a $100 service fee.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

World Finance Council Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy
All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from the International Intellectual Property Law Association require prior authorization. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by the World Finance Council within 30 days of the invoice date. Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any World Finance Council product that is deemed defective.
Products provided/sold by World Finance Council partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.
Products which are software or downloadable from any World Finance Council website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) are non-refundable.
