Inna Jackson is an SVP & Associate General Counsel, serving as the Regional Legal Head for North America, GLCM at HSBC. In this role, Inna leads a team supporting the liquidity, payments and cash management products and services offered to HSBC’s Global Banking and Commercial Banking customers. Prior to joining HSBC in mid-October 2019, Inna spent 9 years at American Express, most recently as member of the Digital and Data Partnerships legal group. In that role, Inna led a key team that supported the launch and expansion of numerous strategic partnerships with Apple, Google, Amazon, Facebook and PayPal and served as a key thought leader and contributor in the development and evolution of Amex’s data strategy framework. Prior to Amex, Inna spent 7 years in private practice as an M&A lawyer. Inna continues to be passionate about evolution of banking, changing role of FinTechs globally and developments in the payments, privacy and data space.
