- Biography of the presenter should not be more than 150 words
- Photograph of presenter in High Resolution needed
Modes of Presentation
- Panel Discussion
- Each session will have 5-6 panelists and 1 Moderator.
Time
Each Session will be of 75 minutes including the following:
- 15-minute for each panelist/ Speaker in Panel Discussion/Presentation.
- 10 minute questions and answers at the end of the session
Language
- All the Panel Discussion must be exclusively in English (including the title of talk, Biography, Presenter names and affiliations).

Correspondence
- Please provide the following: Presenter’s contact details including full mailing address, office phone number, email address and fax number
- Notify us of a replacement presenter before a month
- Please arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your session.
- Speakers MUST check in at the registration desk when they arrive.
- We do not provide speaker honorariums or reimburse for expenses.
- Please ensure that you allow time for Q&A so that our delegates feel heard and the event is as interactive as possible.
