Jayson M. Macyda Esq. is Kyko Global’s general counsel whose legal experience covers the
corporate sector, government, private law practice, military operations support, and academia. He
is a court-recognized expert regarding U.S. civil procedure law and has served as legal counsel
regarding a diverse array of commercial litigation claims ranging from complex multimillion-dollar civil racketeering claims and commercial constitutional claims to breach of contract and
business tort claims and enforcement of money judgments. He has litigated, or provided litigation
support to, claims involving the jurisdictions of the United States, Canada, Hong Kong, India,
Germany, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore. Mr. Macyda is a graduate of the Vermont Law School and
holds certificates of legal study from Oxford University and Harvard University.
Mr. Macyda’s diverse experiences have allowed him to become adept at assessing the benefits,
risks, and costs of commercial litigation and monetizing commercial claims at their true – and
sometimes unseen – value. Working in collaboration with other members of the Kyko Global team,
Mr. Macyda helped bring to market a unique litigation funding and management service offering
that is rooted in the understanding that an unpursued meritorious commercial claim has value and
should be treated as a corporate asset. He has provided companies with the economic ability to try
to turn these assets into cash.
