Dr Jasmin B. Gupta is a FinTech expert with nearly two decades of experience and an in-depth knowledge of digital banking and neobanking. As Co-founder and CEO of India’s first financial platform for women, Jasmin is spearheading LXME’s mission to become the country’s first neobank for women. A Triple Gold Medalist in MBA and a PhD in Financial Inclusion and Digitalisation, Jasmin has comprehensive expertise in consumer and digital banking as well as strategic fintech alliances. Prior to LXME, she was associated with Equitas Small Finance Bank as National Head of neobank, fintech accelerator, and alliances and digital business, and Kotak Mahindra Bank and HDFC Bank. Jasmin is a top-performing banker, who has received awards and accolades for her achievements at international conventions in Australia, Switzerland and Thailand. She is also the National President – Financial Inclusion Council, Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). Her initiatives have won the ETBFSI Award for the Best Fintech Alliance of the year & IDC’s Industry Innovation in Omniexperience Award 2021, SKOCH Award & Finnoviti Award 2022. She has been conferred India’s Inspiring Leader Award 2021 and Global Fintech Excellence in Leadership Award 2022 by Elets BFSI as well as APAC BFSI Finnovation Leadership Award 2022 by APAC News Network. She has also been recognised as Top 100 Indian BFSI Marketer, 2022 and Top 100 BFSI Gamechanger CXO, 2022. Recently, she has been awarded Young CEO of the Year and Fintech Leader of the Year 2022. A linguist by choice, Jasmin is fluent in German, French and Japanese. She is also passionate about the fine arts and is an accomplished Bharatanatyam dancer. Jasmin has participated in international folk dance competitions in France and Spain.
