Ms. Kasznik is President of Foresight Valuation Group and a Lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She is a Silicon-Valley based IP and startup valuation and strategy expert, with over two decades of experience assisting companies across industries with the valuation, commercialization, and monetization of their technology and innovation. She has consistently been recognized as one of the top IP strategists in the world by IAM Magazine every year since 2013.  In her consulting work, Ms. Kasznik helps companies, ranging in size from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups, with IP and business valuations in support of licensing deals, IP and technology acquisitions, M&A transactions, strategic planning and fundraising. Throughout her career, she served as an advisor to hundreds of startups, as well as personally served as a co-founder and CFO in Silicon Valley startups. She also frequently serves as a testifying expert in disputes involving IP and startup valuations and damages.  Ms. Kasznik holds an MBA degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
