Dr Manivanan Saman, a Director, VP, CEO and Principal  is an educationist and business development with catalyst acumen mindset with over 30 years of

experiences in private higher education and business development. He has stamped

credentials from a top Laureate Education group, namely INTI International

University and Colleges, Laureate Education Group (United States) and its

exclusive partner, University of Hertfordshire, UK.

Born and raised in Seremban, Dr Manivanan started his tertiary education at St.

Paul’s Institution, finally completing his Doctorate at Victoria University. He has

since gone on to prove himself as a man with a passion for Education and a

strong Business Acumen, garnered over the last 25 years of providing education

excellence, as well as several more years of solid industrial experience. He has

served internationally – in Holland, Germany, Turkey, Australia and the

UK. Along the way, he has earned for himself a powerful record of handling

international partnerships and academic development programs, working

concertedly with numerous UK, European, and Australian universities throughout

the years to achieve mutual goals. Also of note are his many years of service as

a National Council Member for NAPEI (National Association of Private Education

Institution, Malaysia) and GOPIO (Global Organization for People of Indian Origin,

Malaysia and International).

 He has been appointed to consult countries on SEDI (SocioEconomic Development Initiative) and latest he is appointed as an executive

board member of BRICS-ASEAN (15 countries) Chamber of Commerce for wealth

management programs.

Dr Manivanan is appointed as the Executive Group Dean and

Director of Development, STI Myanmar University, a leading private university in

Myanmar partnering NARIC, UK and University of Bedfordshire (UOB) to

revolutionize the education industry in Myanmar.

Currently, Dr Manivanan has ventured into a paradigm shift of life changing mission to partner with Caesium Lab Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based company on Blockchain Development, DeFi, dApps, IOT, and Gaming as the partner and Business Development Director.
