Passi started his career in the semiconductor industry. After being in the US for 10 years, he moved to his hometown Delhi, to pursue his passion of leadership consulting and executive coaching. For 15 years he worked with global brands and fortune 500 companies to facilitate organisational and human development. He continues to be on the leadership panels of global institutions like KPMG, Kincentric(Former AON Hewitt) and Emeritus business school (Singapore).

A lifelong learner, in his latest stint, he co-founded twimbit, to eradicate the inefficiencies in the research industry, with the help of technology. Twimbit focuses on the future of industries like Banking and CX to help solve challenges faced by business and careers.
